We had to try this place as it was walking distance from TURIM Boulevard Hotel where we were staying. It did not disappoint. It’s actually quite large inside. Decorated in the usual Indian restaurant style but nothing amazing. The staff were friendly, attentive and service was speedy. We were very happy with our choices. The chicken tikka was juicy and tender and cooked to perfection. For main we opted for Chicken Biryani and chicken madras. Along with tandoori prawns and garlic naan. The naan was light and crispy. The standout was the chicken madras. It was very good. Be sure to advise your spice tolerance- we chose medium. I felt the biryani lacked seasoning but mixed with everything else it was great. Finished off with kulfi and it was a solid 8.5/10 for me. ~ Liz S

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und hatten während des ganzen Aufenthalts überaus freundliches, aufmerksam und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Butter Chicken ein Traum für sich, ich empfehle das Reis mit Ei. Naan hätte für mich etwas weicher und für "Garlic naan" knoblauchiger sein können. Ansonsten Top. Ottimo ristorante nel cuore di Lisbona! Scoperto grazie al The Fork, un gioiello di cucina, ho preso il chiken-biriyani ed è stata una riscoperta del piatto, abbondante ma soprattutto buonissimo! Staff cordiale e veloce, cucina pure, locale piccolo, ma accogliente, unico punto dolente è il bagno situato al primo piano raggiungibile con delle scale leggermente ripide. ~ Kristoffer I

Posto trovato per puro caso. Non fatevi intimidire dal fatto che propongano anche la pizza. Posto tutt’altro che turistico. Cibo ottimo, cucinato in modo impeccabile. Sapori tipici di cui avevamo voglia per una cena alternativa a Lisbona! Il tutto accompagnato da un personale gentile e molto attento. Prezzi giusti per la qualità dei piatti serviti. Une très belle découverte à deux pas de notre Airbnb, l'endroit est très bien agencé et décoré. Le service est soigné, rapide et intentionné, les plats sont excellents ! Le rapport qualité-prix est juste parfait, dommage que nous ne restions pas plus longtemps pour pouvoir en déguster davantage ! One of the best Indian dining experiences I’ve had in Lisbon. Ci siamo andati perché molto vicino all albergo dove abbiamo alloggiato. La prima sera ho preso pollo al curry con lenticchie davvero buono poi mia madre l ha assaggiato ne è rimasta stupita ( non aveva mai mangiato indiano) e così ci siamo tornati. Cibo buonissimo e speziato. Consigliatissimo: se hanno mangiato i miei che non hanno mai mangiato indiano è davvero un ottimo posto ~ Vera C

Heerlijk gegeten. Garnalen korma, kokosrijst, kokosnaanbrood en mangolassi: aanbevelenswaardig. Lambs biryani was goed, maar mocht wat uitgesprokenere wat ons betreft. Van buiten ziet de zaak er onopvallend uit. Van binnen is het enigszins donker en gedateerd. Laat je daardoor niet afschrikken. Bediening is vriendelijk en attent. ~ Frank v

Excellent moment, dans une ambiance très sympa avec musique agréable et pas trop forte. Nous avons super bien mangé. Les plates étaient délicieux. Je recommande le Bengan Bharta, Mutton Bendi, Prawn curry and the cheese garlic naan. Super service avec une serveuse souriante. Já conhecia o restaurante antigo. Agora com nova instalação foi uma nova experiência mas com os mesmos sabores e qualidade que eu estava acostumada. Ambiente acolhedor, bonito e bem espaçoso. This is arguably the BEST Indian food I've had in my entire life. The restaurant is cute and quaint. We walked in and were able to choose any seat in the house, definitely choose sitting underneath the atrium ( for a table of 2.) Service was sooo fast and steady, the team works hard and we had many people checking in constantly. The food came extremely fast and was extremely tasty....mind blowing and we even had leftovers. For a table of 2, with 2 rounds of drinks our bill was less than 50 euros which felt like such a steal. The dishes were so well seasoned that I still cannot stop thinking about how an Indian restaurant was the best meal I've had while in Lisbon. I'd like to give a special shout out to Vishal. Το καλύτερο ινδικό εστιατόριο που φάγαμε ποτέ. Τα πιάτα ήταν όλα καταπληκτικά. Γευματίσαμε 2 φορές στο εστιατόριο αυτό κατά τη διαμονή μας στη Λισαβόνα. Ό,τι πήραμε ήταν τέλεια μαγειρεμένο, όπως και τα κοκτέιλ που δοκίμασα. Αγαπημένα πιάτα ήταν το chicken chilly και το chicken Tikka. Si te gusta la comida India, este local es parada obligatoria. Pedimos pollo tika massara y cordero kurma, además de pan con queso y arroz basmati con huevo, todo ello más que suficiente para 2 personas. El precio fue muy correcto y el personal muy atento y amable. Nos explicaron todo lo que necesitamos y nos hicieron recomendaciones personales. Sin duda repetiré cuando vuelva. ~ Marcos S

Um restaurante bastante acolhedor e muito maior do que aparenta. Pedimos comida indiana, estava incrivelmente deliciosa! Música cultural, ambiente acolher e adequado ao local. O staff sempre pronto a ajudar, serviço bastante rápido. Pedimos Tandoori misto desta vez, não decepcionou, estava tudo ótimo! Recomendo e voltarei. ~ Raquel A

Von Aussen sieht das Restaurant nicht gerade einladend aus. Allerdings sollte man sich nicht davon beirren lassen. Innen ist das Ambiente schon viel besser. Das wichtigste ist allerdings das Essen. Dieses war absolut top und das zu vernünftigen Preisen. Die Hühnersuppe war nicht zu scharf und echt lecker. Das Chicken Tikka Marsala war auch super lecker. Eine wirkliche Empfehlung wer gerne indisch isst und in Lissabon verweilt. ~ David B

Gosto especialmente do ambiente tranquilo. Os empregados estão sempre atentos e são muito prestáveis. Um sítio excelente para relaxar depois de um dia de trabalho ou simplesmente para estar com amigos. Em relação à comida, não sou conhecedora o suficiente para tecer grandes criticas. Très bonne surprise. Ne pas hésiter à pousser les portes du restaurant. Superbe salle en longueur avec atmosphère un peu tamisée. Nous avons mangé indien (le restaurant propose aussi des pizzas faites dans leur four à pain) et nous nous sommes régalés ! Le poulet était tendre et la sauce savoureuse. Hemos ido a cenar mi pareja y yo, y desde el primer momento que entramos super agradables. Pedimos una pizza para cada uno, y una tarta de queso para compartir, una coca cola y una botella de agua, el total fueron 32€. Fomos em grupo, e conseguimos reservar uma mesa antes do dia. Quando chegamos, a mesa estava pronta. A comida estava ótima (pedi um paan com alho, arroz com legumes e um chicken Korai), um pouco picante. Apenas achei a dose de carne pequena para o preço. As doses de arroz e paan são suficientes para dividir por 2 pessoas. ~ Laura

Salam from Malaysia Food is awesome. For us , this is the best halal food we ate in Lisbon. I think this is hidden gem for muslim in Lisbon. When we arrive, we Just ask the staff name Pawan to recommend good food for us and we just follow all her recommendations. According to her Chicken and lamb- halal. Chegamos a Lisboa à hora de jantar, procurávamos no Google restaurante, encontramos o "Bengal Tandoori" com boa avaliação. Viemos confirmar, gostei e recomendo, fiquei a saber o preço da sobremesa apenas na fatura na carta não consta, não gostei do que cobram pelos sorvetes o que encareceu o jantar. ~ Henrique B

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Am Ambiente könnte man vielleicht noch ein wenig arbeiten, dann wäre es rundum perfekt. Trotzdem kommen wir gerne wieder ~ theeban r
